The ones we get asked. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.
UK product brands that want to be stocked by independent shops, and suppliers with a range and reps who work territories. If you sell to shops, or want to, it is for you. If you sell only online to consumers, it is not.
The whole UK market of shops that fit your range, ranked. Seventy-five verified buyer addresses a month, each with the intro written. A wholesale pack built from your site. Every follow-up, answer, check-in and reorder nudge drafted for you. The shops that opened near you, every Monday. A pipeline that tracks the lot without an inbox connection.
The Companies House register, refreshed monthly: every active limited company and LLP in the retail, wholesale and food codes, about 163,000 businesses. New food businesses come from the Food Standards Agency register. Nothing is scraped from directories.
We read your website: what you make, your prices, where you are based, who already stocks you. Then each shop is scored on category, price band, the brands it lists as stocking, region and whether it opened this season. You see a fit of High, Good or Fair with the reason in a line, never a number.
One unlock reveals one shop's verified buyer address, writes the intro in your voice with your pack attached, and puts the shop on your pipeline. You get 10 in the trial and 75 a month after. If no deliverable address can be found, the unlock comes straight back.
From the shop's own website, at the moment you unlock: a role address like hello@ or info@ where one exists, otherwise a named address the shop publishes. It is then checked by a deliverability service and the date is shown. We do not buy lists.
No. You copy the draft and send it from your own email. The copy includes a private Bcc address; leave it in and the send logs itself against the shop and starts the follow-up timer. Forward a reply to the same address and it is logged, read and the answer drafted. Mark sent and Log a reply by hand work too.
To limited companies and LLPs, yes, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, provided the message says who you are and how to opt out. That is why we only include incorporated businesses and why every draft carries your details and an opt-out. Sole traders are excluded because the rules differ for them.
An email from you, in your voice, with your pack and a link to the same pages. No GetStockists branding. The only thing that reports back is the pack link, which tells you it was opened and which page they stopped on.
Stop, and tell us. We add every address for that business to the do-not-contact list, which is checked before every send by every customer. Shops can also write to optout@getstockists.com directly.
Four A4 pages: a brand sheet, a line sheet over two pages with trade ex VAT and RRP inc VAT, structured terms at the foot, and an order form. One PDF, plus a link per shop to the same pages.
Your site, in a minute, with images if your shop runs on Shopify. Or drop in a CSV, Excel file or Faire export and we show the column mapping before importing. Everything is editable afterwards, and rows can be hidden from a pack without deleting them.
Every field in the terms editor has a trade default and a grey line saying what most brands do. Change what you like; the PDF and every draft that quotes the terms update with it.
To approach, Approached (touch n of five), Talking, Sample out, Stocked. Rename them, reorder them, add up to two of your own. Watching, Revisit and Closed are not stages; they are where cards go when there is nothing to send.
What moves an order, in that order: a reply waiting for its answer, a pack that was opened, a follow-up due, a check-in ten days after a sample, a reorder due on the cycle, a watched shop that is now contactable, a closed card back for a revisit.
Log it and the card closes with a revisit date: six months for not now, twelve for no. It comes back into Today with a revisit note when the date arrives. Nothing is deleted.
Yes, first thing after you sign up, and any time from the pipeline. Read from your stockists page, upload a list, or paste names. They land at Stocked with reorder nudges from day one and cost no unlocks.
A shop that has just registered or just been listed as a new food business, usually weeks before it has a website or a buyer. That is the window a first supplier gets in. Each row says how we know and when.
Because most have no findable contact yet. Watching is free. We recheck weekly and email you the day an address appears; then one unlock drafts the intro.
The shops that opened in your categories and radius that week, three named, the rest counted, and the follow-ups due. Change the categories and radius from Openings, or stop the email from your account.
£99 a month with 75 unlocks after a seven-day trial with 10, or £790 a year. Extra packs of 50 unlocks are £25. A seat for a colleague who works the board is £12 a month. There is no commission on orders, ever.
No. It is taken at the start so the trial can roll into the plan, and Stripe emails you before the first charge. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.
One click in your account. The plan runs to the end of the period paid for. Unlocked contacts stay readable for thirty days after that. No call, no offer.
No. The allowance is a pace, not a balance: it resets on your billing date. Packs bought in a month count in that month.
We run the approach in your name from £350 a month. Email hello@getstockists.com.
