GetStockists

Every shop that should stock you.

GetStockists finds the UK independent shops that should stock you, gets you the buyer's verified address and a trade-standard wholesale pack, and writes every email until they order.

Free to look. No card until you unlock a buyer, and one unlock is one verified address with its intro written. Built from the Companies House register, not scraped.

For brands and suppliers selling into gift, home, food and drink, beauty, stationery, toys, garden, books, menswear and womenswear shops.

Why it is hard

Independents buy from people who turn up with the right things, at the right moment. Finding them is the job nobody has time for.

The list is the work

Buyers' addresses are not on a website. A morning of searching finds six, two of which bounce, and the shop that opened last month is not on any list yet.

The pack is the test

A buyer decides in the first scroll of a line sheet. Trade ex VAT, RRP inc VAT, the minimum, the lead time, the terms. Get one wrong and you read as new.

Silence is where it dies

Most first orders come after the third or fourth touch, one to two weeks apart. Almost nobody sends the third. The follow-up that was never written is the order that was never placed.

What you get

One stockist is not one order. It is an account that reorders.

A UK independent that takes you on places a first order at your minimum and, if the line sells, reorders on a cycle. Gift and lifestyle shops reorder every six to eight weeks. That is the number that matters: not the first order, the year.

GetStockists is built around that year. It finds the shops that fit your range, gets you a verified buyer and a trade-standard pack, writes every follow-up so the approach does not die in week two, and then keeps the reorder nudges going once they stock you. Ten live stockists on a six-week cycle is a wholesale line of business, not a side project.

The example uses the pack's own defaults: a £150 minimum first order, a £75 reorder minimum, a 42-day cycle. Your pack sets your numbers; this is arithmetic, not a promise.

How many stockists will I get?

We do not know your rate yet, and we will not invent one. The trial's ten unlocks tell you yours inside a fortnight: ten verified buyers, ten intros sent, and the replies on your board. In this trade a first order usually comes after the third or fourth touch, so expect it in weeks four to eight, not week one. The follow-ups that get you there are written for you.

What an unlock replaces

Finding the shop's site, hunting for a buyer's address, checking it will not bounce, and writing an intro that reads as if you know the shop. Done by hand that is roughly an hour a shop, and most people stop after six. An unlock does it in under a minute, and the seventy-five in a month are two afternoons' sending.

Where the orders come from

Four things that turn a list of shops into accounts that reorder.

A buyer you can actually write to

Every unlock finds the shop's own address, checks it that minute, and shows you the date. Nothing found, nothing charged. You never send to a bounce, and your sending domain stays clean.

A pack the trade recognises

Built from your site in a minute, then yours to edit: brand sheet, line sheet with trade ex VAT and RRP inc VAT, structured terms with trade defaults, order form. One PDF, and a link per shop that tells you which page they stopped on.

The next email, already written

The intro with your pack. The follow-up at seven days, touch two of five. The answer when they ask for terms, with your terms in it. The check-in ten days after a sample. The reorder nudge on the cycle. You copy, you send from your own address, it logs itself.

The shops nobody else has called

New shops from the Companies House register and the food register, weeks before they have a website or a buyer. Watch one for free; the day a contact appears you are told, and one unlock drafts the intro.

Your first month

What actually happens in the first thirty days.

Day 1
Your market

Enter your site. See every UK shop that fits, ranked. Import the shops that already stock you; they land at Stocked with reorder nudges, and the ranking learns from them. Your pack is drafted from your site.

Week 1
Ten approaches

Ten unlocks in the trial. Ten verified buyers, ten intros with your pack, sent from your own email in an afternoon. Pack opens show on each card.

Week 2
The follow-ups

Seven days on, the second touch is drafted for anyone who has not replied. Replies are logged in one tap or by forwarding; the answer, with your terms, is written.

Week 4
Samples and first orders

Check-ins go out ten days after a sample. First orders are logged with their value, and the reorder nudge is dated from the cycle. Monday brings the shops that opened near you this week.

What it replaces

The shop is yours. The email comes from you. We take nothing on orders.

Marketplaces

A marketplace puts you in front of buyers who are browsing, takes a commission on every order, and holds the relationship. Here the buyer is on your card, the order comes to you, and there is no commission, ever.

Bought lists

A list is old the day it is sold, and a wrong address costs you a bounce and your domain's reputation. Here each address is checked at the moment you unlock it, and a bad one is refunded.

A rep on the road

A good rep is worth every penny and hard to find. GetStockists does the desk work a rep does before a visit: who to call, the buyer's details, the pack, the email. If you have reps, they get a territory each and a Monday email of their own shops. If you do not, you get the desk work done without hiring one.

Pricing

One price. Seventy-five verified buyers a month, and everything around them.

Monthly
£99 a month

Seven days free, card required, 10 unlocks in the trial. Then 75 unlocks a month. Cancel in one click; nothing to phone, nothing to argue.

Annual
£790 a year

Two months free, charged today. The same 75 a month. Extra packs of 50 unlocks are £25; a seat for a colleague who works the board is £12 a month.

Included, every month

Every UK shop that fits you, ranked. 75 verified buyers, each with the intro written. Your wholesale pack as a PDF and a link. Every follow-up, reply, check-in and reorder reminder, written for you. The shops that opened near you, every Monday. The shops that already stock you, on the board from day one.

Never charged

An unlock that finds no address. Watching a new shop until it has one. Bringing in the shops you already have. Adding a shop that is not on the register.

Not included yet

Sending from inside the app. You copy each email and send it from your own address, so it arrives from you, from a real mailbox, and is far less likely to be filtered as marketing. An inbox connection and a retailer directory come once there are enough of you to ask.

Where the shops come from

The register, not a scrape.

163,000 UK businesses

Every active limited company and LLP in the retail, wholesale and food codes, from Companies House, refreshed monthly. Sole traders are excluded, which is what keeps cold email to them lawful under PECR.

Ranked for you

Category, price band, the brands a shop already stocks, the region, and whether it opened this season. Shown as a fit, never as a score, with the reason in a line.

Verified at the moment you need it

Contacts are found on the shop's own site and checked by a deliverability service when you unlock, so the date on screen is true. We do not sell the list; you cannot export it; the product is the approach.

Questions

The ones we get asked.

Do I have to connect my inbox?

No. You copy the draft and send it from your own email. A private Bcc address logs the send and forwarded replies against the shop, so the board stays true without giving anyone access to your mail.

What if you cannot find a contact?

The unlock is refunded and the shop sits in Watching. We recheck weekly and tell you the day an address appears.

Is this for brands or suppliers?

Both. A brand approaches shops. A supplier with a range and reps gets territories, a rep filter, and a Monday email per rep, with the same one rule: an unlock reveals a buyer and drafts the intro.

Can I bring the stockists I already have?

Yes, first thing. Read from your stockists page, upload a list, or paste names. They land on the board at Stocked with reorder nudges from day one, and cost nothing.

What does a shop receive?

An email from you, in your voice, with your pack attached and a link to the same pages. No GetStockists branding, no tracking pixels in the email; the pack link is the only thing that reports back.

Can I cancel?

One click, no call, no offer. Unlocked contacts stay readable for 30 days after the plan ends.

See the shops before you decide anything.

Twenty seconds, no card. You get the market, five named shops and the count of what opened this season. The rest is behind the trial.

Rather have it done for you? We run the approach in your name from £350 a month. hello@getstockists.com
